A commentary on the cleansing flame of self awareness. The flame brings a visceral wave of emotion, released in ragged sobs and purifying shouts. The truest forms of expression driven by divine experience.
Lonely Eyes
"Lonely Eyes" is an expression of isolation. Clarity was a nomadic foster child, growing up in 12 different homes and never staying long enough to become a part of the communities she lived in. This piece was created when Clarity was 16. The work was later vandalized by two foster girls at one of these homes.
It stands as a testament to the harsh reality, but also the resilience, of a soul longing to belong.
Lone Wolf June 2020
The Lone Wolf is an evolved expression of isolation with a loss of innocence. Still on her own but now one with the cruel realities of the world. Learning to harness feral wildness and rigid stoicism. Bearing the weight of the true nature of mankind she skinned the wolves and became one to make it out of the Den.
